1. Master’s degree in Physics, Optics, Engineering, Material Science, semiconductor process knowledge is a plus. 2. Demonstrate independent research and problem solving. 3. 1. Provide technical support for KLA wafer metrology and inspection products at customer sites. Present product details. 2. Handle acceptance tests, customer training, recipe setup, project execution, and pre-sales activities. 3. Assist sales in evaluating product applications for customer needs. 4. Offer follow-up support with technical information on applications. 5. Report regional requirements and updates to the product division. Escalate and follow up on field issues. 6. Solve complex problems by analyzing various factors, working with customers and division to optimize wafer inspectors. 7. Create BKMs and publish technical papers. 8. Travel to customer sites as needed.
