1. Master’s degree in Physics, Optics, Engineering, Material Science, semiconductor process knowledge is a plus.
2. Demonstrate independent research and problem solving.
3. Must be willing to work in semiconductor clean room environment.
4. Good presentation and report writing skills.
5. Strong project management and leadership skills.
6. Excellent communication, organization, analytical and interpersonal skills.
7. Able to communicate effectively in English through email, conference calls and face-to-face meetings.
8. Be self-driven, yet a strong team player.



1. Provide technical support for KLA wafer metrology and inspection products at customer sites. Present product details.
2. Handle acceptance tests, customer training, recipe setup, project execution, and pre-sales activities.
3. Assist sales in evaluating product applications for customer needs.
4. Offer follow-up support with technical information on applications.
5. Report regional requirements and updates to the product division. Escalate and follow up on field issues.
6. Solve complex problems by analyzing various factors, working with customers and division to optimize wafer inspectors.
7. Create BKMs and publish technical papers.
8. Travel to customer sites as needed.

產品安裝工程師/Installations Engineer

(理工科系職缺:)

1. Master/Bachelor degree in Mechanical,Areo or Electrical Engineering or hardware equivalent experience.
2. Knowledgeable in electronics, optics, mechanical, electro-mechanical and electro-optical systems
3. Competent with the MS Office suite of applications and have knowledge of computer theory, various operating system software knowledge and networking in a Windows, Unix or Novell environment.
4. Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communications skills are required.
5. Ability to work in local or remote locations with domestic and international travel for average 60-70%
6. Fresh graduate with the right demeanor will also be considered.



1. Install semiconductor equipment, ensuring performance meets specifications.
2. Setup, align, calibrate, troubleshoot, and repair equipment during installation.
3. Solve issues in software, electronics, optics, and mechanical systems.
4. Complete technical training to master equipment knowledge and diagnostic techniques.
5. Prepare installation progress and non-conformance reports.
6. Participate in quality feedback and improvement initiatives.
7. Follow procedures, suggest changes when needed.
8. Represent the company and ensure customer satisfaction.
9. Obtain travel documents and be ready for extended overseas trips.
10. Manage personal finances to avoid disruptions during travel.

1. Document technical work and create BKMs for released products. Promote Knowledge Management systems.
2. Join service alert calls to help resolve tool issues with field engineers.
3. Assist seniors with data and report preparation.
4. After L3 certification, assist CSE in the field during CM activities as OJT.
5. Lead small projects.
6. Support H2H, Eval, beta testing, and gap analysis.
7. Contribute to service alert plan development and document improvements.
8. Provide phone and email support, handle L1 to L3 escalations with action plans and on-site support.
