1. Any configuration management tool (Ansible/ Chef/ Terraform)
2. Any Cloud Iaas/ Paas/ Saas platform (AWS/Azure/GCP)
3. System monitoring experience (i.e. Prometheus)
4. Any CI system (Jenkins/Gitlab-CI)
5. Containerization (Docker/K8S)
6. Any programming language (Python/Java/C++...etc)

1. Design / build / maintain large scale cloud system on AWS
2. CI/CD automation
3. Keep monitoring and optimizing the system reliability
4. Improve the on-call experience

As a customer success engineer at Zyxel, you will be responsible to support customer network inquiries like; installation, deployment, maintenance, security, availability, reliability, and performance.
Network engineers specialize in OSI layer and telecommunications hardware/software concepts to ensure solutions could meet or exceed customer requirements. You will be expected to suggest, promote, and leverage published standards to minimize environment complexity to keep a simple and better user experience..

Responsibility
