-Prepare, process and package products according to internal procedures.
-Operate and monitor production machinery, including basic troubleshooting.
-Perform quality checks on raw materials and finished goods.
-Assist with cleaning and maintenance tasks to keep the workplace safe and tidy.
-Following all safety rules and wearing the required personal protective equipment (PPE)
-Documenting daily production data
-Loading and unloading materials or goods.

-Checking labels, traceability information and delivery accuracy.
-Preparing and accurately weighing raw materials.

Fluency in English 

-Conduct chemical tests on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products according to established SOP, specifications.
-Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, including performing calibration and troubleshooting issues, equipment included: HPLC, QC, UV-vis, ICP, IR, polarity meter etc.
-Develop, validate and update analytical methods and SOPs according to pharmacopeia and literatures related.
-Perform stability testing to monitor shelf life over time according to plan
-Combined all testing results, procedures, and findings, and prepare testing reports.
-Analyze quality control data to identify trends and assist in troubleshooting quality issues.
-Ensure all activities comply with company quality policy and external regulatory standards (GMP, or pharmacopoeia requirements).
-Collaborate with production, R&D, and QA teams to address quality concerns and support product development.

-Able to independently design experiments, analyze data, and write reports;

- Holds a professional bachelor's degree, proficient in preparatory and analytical chemical engineering, or mechanical engineering.

-Knowledge of chromatographic techniques is required. Possession of a higher-education qualification, such as a master’s degree, will be considered advantageous.

Collaborate with the General Manager to prepare and schedule experimental work.

-Collaborate with the QA Manager to plan and schedule experimental work.

- Conduct preparative and analytical experiments, including HPLC, liquid chromatography with various detectors, and gas chromatography.

-          Perform quality control of products.

-Work with QA manager to assure the product quality.

-The execution of the following techniques such as dry mass determination, freeze drying, crystallization, ion exclusion chromatography, and thin layer chromatography (TLC).

-Ensure the accurate and traceable reporting of experimental results and conclusions.

- Provide support for experimental redesign and troubleshooting analytical issues.

- Take daily practical responsibility for lab infrastructure and organization, including quality control tests, analysis planning, and participation in method transfer with documentation preparation.
