1.負責系統架構設計與感測器測試，智慧駕駛與影像演算法，並優化AI嵌入式運算效能
Responsible for system architecture design, sensor testing, autonomous driving, image algorithms, and optimizing AI-embedded computing performance.
2.串接車載應用與雲端平台，確保系統穩定，執行標準驗證、模組整合及演算法最佳化
Integrate in-vehicle applications with cloud platforms, ensure system stability, and conduct standard validation, module integration, and algorithm optimization.

熟悉先進封裝製程技術，包括但不限於製程開發、封裝材料選擇及可靠性測試等
Proficient in advanced packaging processes, including process development, material selection, and reliability testing.

負責半導體IC設計、先進封裝技術、CMP製程整合、品質管理
Responsible for semiconductor IC design, advanced packaging, CMP integration, and quality management.

熟悉C++/C#/Python等程式語言，能使用主流深度學習框架如Tensorflow/MXNet等

熟悉檢測儀器設備操作，具實驗室相關經驗者佳

1.負責開發醫療設備、完成雲端平台系統功能分析與設計或建立/維護與醫療保健機構關係
Develop medical devices, design cloud platform systems, or manage healthcare institution relationships.
2.CoDoctor系列產品，應用於多元場域，實現更智慧化、更精準化、更人性化的健康管理服務

熟悉機器人控制集成、FPGA、運動控制卡研發、驅動器/變頻器自動控制原理

1.負責推動集團數位轉型、UI/UX設計、開發與整合企業資訊各類應用系統等

具電力電子(OBC+DC/DC)規格及圖面建立之經驗，熟悉FMEA、PPAP等車用開發文件
Experienced in power electronics (OBC+DC/DC) specs, drawings, and automotive documents like FMEA and PPAP.

1.參與試作、測試驗證、不良解析、零部件電子迴路系統建立、規劃電路繪製
Involved in prototyping, testing, failure analysis, and circuit design.

熟悉AutoCad/Ansys Fluent/Creo Pro-E 3D等軟體，具風扇設計經驗者佳

1.負責風扇機構、流場和扇葉設計，並需組裝模型樣品及測試
