1. Any configuration management tool (Ansible/ Chef/ Terraform)
2. Any Cloud Iaas/ Paas/ Saas platform (AWS/Azure/GCP)
3. System monitoring experience (i.e. Prometheus)

經驗：

職務目標：研讀專案規格，擬定測試計畫，針對不同專案任務需求建置測試環境與進行測試。
工作職責：
1. 撰寫測試計畫，依產品規格文件撰寫測試項目
2. 測試環境建置，依不同客戶需求建置測試環境
3. 執行測試計畫，依測試計畫進行功能測試、效能測試、穩定度測試、壓力測試等
4. 產出測試報告，提供專業分析與測試結果。

As a customer success engineer at Zyxel, you will be responsible to support customer network inquiries like; installation, deployment, maintenance, security, availability, reliability, and performance.
Network engineers specialize in OSI layer and telecommunications hardware/software concepts to ensure solutions could meet or exceed customer requirements. You will be expected to suggest, promote, and leverage published standards to minimize environment complexity to keep a simple and better user experience..

Responsibility
1. Troubleshooting network issues and inquiries.
2. Collect customer reviews and comments to make a better user experience.
3. Guiding customers to implement Nebula and other networking devices.
4. Supporting & assisting project & lab testing.

Responsibilities:

- Develop the Zyxel Nebula (https://nebula.zyxel.com) cloud management system running on AWS.
- Implement the system services that are highly scalable(scale-out) and asynchronous.
- Identify customer needs to deliver effective solutions, transforming challenges into opportunities.
- Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot, fix, and improve our existing products.

*Attendance at weekly English-based meetings is required

•Proficient in C programming on Linux platforms

1.System integration design and development based on ARM SoC platform
Participate actively and take responsibility for integrating SoC hardware and
software, ensuring system stability and performance optimization.
2.OpenWrt SDK firmware development
Develop embedded software using the OpenWrt SDK to achieve modular
functionality and efficient design.
3.Network security function development
Develop and implement advanced network security functions:
-Threat management: Develop systems to detect and improve defense capabilities
against potential threats.
-Application patrol: Develop application-layer monitoring and management
functions for network traffic.
-Bandwidth management (BWM): Implement intelligent bandwidth allocation and
resource optimization strategies.
