Nestlé Taiwan 2024 Management Trainee Program is geared towards developing individuals as future leaders in various aspects of our business. The 24-month program provides Management Trainees with real immersive learning experience to equip them with a holistic view of the business, as well as understanding the inter-relationships between different functions across the value chain. 1. Currently pursuing or completed a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Mass Communication, Nutrition, Food Science, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related fields

2. Flexible working hours with minimum of 3 full working days per week at Nestlé Taipei office

3. Good academic record and active participation extracurricular activities

4. Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English
